I consider it a good thing, wake up the masses to catering to the mentally ill and those who will exploit society degeneracy while also making feminist realize man and women aren't biology equal and the I can do anything that you can do and better only applies to males not females.

It’s toxic and harmful to both you and the other party. Plus, you’re modeling antisocial behavior for other people, effectively enabling similar behavior in others. Imagine choosing instead to respond positively to negativity. The fact that you enjoy someone else’s suffering suggests that you are insecure, and you’re finding false solace in others’ lack of solace.

Instead of analyzing the world through the "unconditional benevolence" lens, try analyzing them through the "practical, results-based" lens. Turning the other cheeks has got us where we are today, and the only people who want you to think that "fighting back" has negative spiritual connotations are the ones who want you spiritually blind.
That being said, nearly all of the women coders and IT workers I've known that have a tendency to build and work as a team have been excellent! Coachable, helpful, with the appropriate level of autism
That being said, when they are managers, they are usually terrible and mean and the inverse of misogynistic...misandrist?? They're almost universally bitches. They feel like they have to be this way to get respect and for people to do things for them. When in fact, it works against them. This conduct creates passive aggression and subversion. I've seen it quite a lot. I've only worked for one female manager that actually wasn't a terrible bitch. When the girls are on your team and acting as equals, usually they are equal or better and they are very helpful and this is ideal
Women IT managers get away with murder also. I worked for one who couldn't code at all except making html pages and she didn't do her actual job but instead built webpages for other civic groups outside of the company and no the company wasn't having her do that. She was caught (outed actually) and wasn't fired. Any MAN would have been fired and possibly sued
