Sure it will. It might not kill them all, but it will hurt a lot of stores that give starter jobs to people even just above minimum wage. Even at 10 an hour, another 5 an hour hurts a lot, which will be cut hours/jobs.

Or be like the grocery stores and be moving for a self-checkout only or fast food going to kiosk or online ordering only lol.

Well that would possibly be true if we weren't printing money like it's nobody's business. We are about to hit some hyper inflation, which will make all prices go up for everything. 15 an hour won't even matter.
