I think that is a terrible idea, for the same reasons that I think starting a 'MAGA dating'.win is bad. It would literally be a repository of Trump supporters. Any centralized service would really be. Also, anyone with the technical skills to use pgp probably has the knowledge to use other things. My favorite is just meeting people face to face and sharing my contact information that way.
