Not in choosing them - in throwing them out due to fraud.

Elections are managed at the state level so SCOTUS plays no role here, much less on allegations of fraud which is not something SCOTUS is equipped to address.

A contingent election has nothing to do with the majority in the House, it's the majority of state Houses that elect the president.
