I think they are racist to assume Aunt Jemima was a slave. Not all BIPOC were slaves.

It's kind of amusing, because the want representation of BIPOC (using their new word, as they finally dropped African American, which I said as a kid was stupid, by the way) but yet they are dumping the representation. So now we will have Betty Crocker and Little Debbie and Quaker Oats dude and Colonel Sanders and screw Uncle Ben and Aunt Jemima...if Aunt Jemima would have been a white woman they would have screeched it was racist that there was no BIPOC representation. These people are just searching for drama. Life has gotten too easy for some and they have to create a crisis so they feel important and like they are making a difference.
