You sound really depressed. I get this way sometimes. It's because you really see what's going on and that's not a fun place to be. It is frustrating to me how so many people just go on with their lives and don't see what's happening. I really suggest you do something to take your mind off it for at least a few hours to refresh yourself and stay strong.
