Yeah you're missing the part where the dems are in control of the senate now. Wasn't anything, at this point he could do other than fire the 6 repubs who voted it was constitutional off their committees. He should have fought the election B.S. harder when it could've done some good. But he likes being in the minority, makes more money that way...
