We could take all the money currently spent on border control and convert our embassies into travel agencies where anyone that wants to come just has to show up and get their free plane ticket, and on arrival they'll be met with a chauffeur who will give them pamphlets to learn about their benefits package including UBI and free healthcare, and then take them to their free house. Just think of how much stronger we'll be with all the extra diversity!
