I truly believe that ultimately, Trump believed that the issues we’re dealing with could be fixed without violence. He’s up for peaceful corrective action, not violent ones. That’s likely why he didn’t go completely batshit - he’s a good man and didn’t want to see people killed.
That being said, I agree. His ouster is basically a rejection of that fix action by the establishment. Whatever comes next - and they can’t lock the entire country’s minds down forever - it won’t be as nice.
He did what he could in his own way, but he didn't stand a chance. Everyone worked against him, even the people closest to him. If he says "do this, do that" and people go "okay" while doing nothing, then nothing will come of it. And a lot of the time they just said "that isn't possible".
The system is totally broken, and it's not going to get fixed by diplomacy. There are too many fatcats with too much money on either side. They have everything to lose and hardly anything to win if they try and shake up the system.
If there's just one single thing we can take from the Trump presidency, it is that the current US government system is completely and utterly corrupt, and there's no way to fix it.
If I'm being honest I'm not pro-Trump, I'm anti-them.
What right do these fools have to interfere in my life or yours?
Trump was a warning shot.
Not a bad way to put it. He wants to keep people from killing each other. If we can’t have him, who knows what comes next.
