I think he's referring to the Brexit Party, a party formed on a single-issue with an intent to accomplish only one goal, which eventually was accomplished. It does have precedent. I'm still fielding arguments to pick a side on the matter, but I agree that it CAN work.
I don't see what this has to do with Brexit, it was a yes or no vote. You couldn't split the vote.
