How does this effect reciprocity for Utah residents looking to conceal carry in a state that currently recognizes?

I'll be greedy and say I'm kind of sad Utah is getting rid of permits. Having an out of state permit from Utah gives me reciprocity with Washington State, which Colorado doesn't have.

I haven't read up on Utah's new law, but I know at least a couple of Constitutional Carry states still offer permits for reciprocity purposes. So eliminating the permit requirement doesn't necessarily mean people can't have a permit.
