100%. We're in a kangaroo court, arguing to kangaroos trying to convince them to shut down their own court. Republicans constantly fall into the trap of trying to logic and reason their way to success when the democrats just do what they want until a court stops them.

Leahy is not a justice. I could see making somebody on the Supreme Court an acting Chief Justice, but the political class is once again brazenly flexing their unconstrained power. They want us to know we are powerless.
Why does everyone keep sticking to Robert's in this? Guys a cuck. If they want him, they will get him. This is all being done illegally so that IF they lose power, they can bitch, whine and cry that its illegal to do what they did to GEOTUS.
