Tl;dr - it seems that, based on my anecdotal evidence, people are more reluctant to show support for the flag.

I went rucking just now (EtR stands for Embrace The Ruck) and I traveled the same route I have for well over a year.

I haven't been on a ruck in about 5months but I have done this route alot. It's on a significantly major road in my area. And, without exaggeration, it was impossible for me to go out (regardless of hour) and have less than three cars honk in support. Usually it was at least a dozen.

Tonight) during a time I have usually gone), only one.

Im going to be returning to my regular rucking schedule. But I hope that this is not indicative of people in my area caving into the flag-shaming pressure.

Because I won't.
