The greatest lie for the last 100+ years was to fool the people into believing Publicly trade entities are Private instutions when they are Public and even it pointed out in the Public Exchange, Publicly traded company, going Public. But when you try to put them in check they give the illusion that you can't do that to a 'private' company.
