I disagree. If you want to be a sheep you'll always be a sheep. For everyone else, small tech gives them options and people are flocking to them in droves.

The issue isn’t that there are other search engines. The problem is that Google controls EVERYTHING. This company cannot be allowed to continue! All these media giants need to be split, but Google is the monster.

Idk man, GAB is honestly kicking ass right now. So is this site.
But gab... What's great about gab is that it doesn't feel like an alternative.
It feels like a perfect mix between FB and Twitter, of which I quit both.
Gab is actually fun and addictive, and has fun groups outside of politics.
It's a great platform, and implementing Gab TV with it was a great idea.
Gab is the first time I've thought it's possible an "alt tech" app could become mainstream, big tech over time.
We need all republicans to leave Twitter and FB, and join gab.
World leaders will then follow. As world leaders follow, so does everyone else.
It's also very important for Gab TV to focus on popular music.
A YouTube competitor can't do well unless they work out some major music contracts, and get a lot of the big guys on their platforms.
Then, it can get out of the alternative stage and become a maisntream staple.

duck duck go is great for most things. Even downloaded their browser app and use it exclusively on my phone. Their maps though, hot garbage.
