The thing I hate about ALL of this shit, is the psyop part. That sign, all by itself, sends a loaded message on false pressupposition. First it cast the illusion that racism is rampant, when it isn't. Then, it alludes to black people being descriminated against, specifically. It's fucking all suggestive specious reasoning. This would be the same as them having a "This place is now a tiger free zone." There never were any dangerous tigers to start with, but it gives the illusion that at some point it was an actual concern, but you should no longer be worried about it. It's all fucking stupid.
It started in the schools. All it takes is enough time for a generation of children to go through the education system. After that they diffuse into the workforce and it's everywhere. This is what's wrong with my generation, the millennials. We were the spearhead for this bullshit.
