I have to explain this censuring, isn't just a strongly worded letter, it means that all their resources: money and volunteers will not be made available to the person.
They effectively cannot win reelection without going full on independent.
It does not stop action from the national republican party though. I do wish to mention that national republican backer can still donate to reelecting Liz Cheney. But for the most part, censure is a death sentence unless you have some strong backers.
