Agreed, I went back and listened again. For some reason the first time I listened, it seemed like his voice was muffled, which is why I couldn’t really understand it.
I also listened to your video clip to compare... I’m not sure either. He could be talking slightly faster and softer during the “interrogation” as he would have been quite uncomfortable with the information he was exposing.
I just can’t believe if it is him, that nothing has been done ?? Maybe it’s another deep state distraction.
