This was necessary for clown world. Gina was the only woman in any of those movies or tv shows who could actually beat up the guys her character was beating up in the show. Every other chick in any action thing is some 100 pound anorexic who looks like she lives off of lettuce and cocaine. The realism needed to die to achieve pure clown.
