The majority on here also believe in vaccines for the most part. Even pedes have a ways to go.

Yup. This is why any system based on universal suffrage will always fail.

Sure but the we have stupid people by design. They made sure to control the education system well before this.

Watching 'outlander' - 1700's Virginia life. They dropped more virology knowledge in one episode than I've seen in the past year.

And IQ is half the problem it is because of ridiculous foreign aid quintupling the populations of shithole countries over the course of the last 50 years.

Here's a relevant Ricky Gervais quote I like regarding his belief about death: "Being dead is like being stupid; it is only painful for others."

There seems to be an agreement, perhaps a consensus that there are stupid people in places where they shouldn't be. How to change that? Written exams prior to being put on a ballot? Remember that Nancy Pelosi said the SHE qualified/vetted Barry the Bright and Brave. How about no candidate that isn't a second generation American (North American, USA, not South America, other). Potential candidate with socialistic/communist, other.... disqualified. I believe that it is still illegal for a Communist to run for office. Of course, must be a legal citizen, in good standing, etc. An IQ test, while sometimes subjective, might also be included. . We're going to have to bring the 'representatives' back home to their states though. I firmly believe this. . Then, there is the problem of the media. Anecdotally, like many, these are people who either through fame or money, think that they are smart and that is why they are given the position that they have. (they are actually there due to their ability to fill the time between commercials and maintain viewers)

I think OP is referring more to the sheep in society who believe all the 'rona bullshit.

I agree but also include the most dangerous, those who are making the rules. It 's often a/the few who spoil it for the rest of us, isn't it?

I also took the opportunity to offer a few possible solutions. (I'm not against a one line drive by humor post, but sometimes, the opportunity arises and a serious reply is required. There have been more than a few posts touting the need for voter ID, paper ballots et.al..

I believe we need to, let's say, pre-primary the primaries. There are too many people in office who shouldn't be there and shouldn't have been allowed to be run in. Why should Nancy Pelosi be allowed to vet a candidate in the dem party? (or the person in the any party) (because they are allowed to make their own rules? Horseshit)

She/they would put a two time brain donor in office for President if they thought it help continue their version of a private country club. In fact, they did. (country clubs had/have stricter admission criteria than the dem candidate/current office holder had to pass) (and consider many of the R's in office too).

Again, as I and others have said, the media is the most to be blamed, but ultimately it is up to us to make the change. How is the question.

A quote from the movie Spaced Invaders: Kathy: "...But, Dad, they're not really bad, they're just... stupid.". Sometimes Hollywood gets it right/correct.

Those who can't do, teach. Those who can't teach, teach gym.

Those who can't get a real job, run for office.

Any all voting integrity changes won't make a difference if the candidates are little more than pie or biggest/best pumpkin judges.

How many times have we heard/read/said... the lesser of two evils and voted accordingly?

In any case, thank you for your reply.

The lower the IQ, the higher the rank in the Democrat party!
