I just recently had surgery on my balls (its all good iv recovered) and can't fucking imagine the pain these fuckers put themselves through. Going to the toilet was fucking hard enough. It was only a 'minor' surgery on my right nut and my whole abdomen was aching for weeks. How you could even contemplate castrating yourself is just beyond words
