As a rule of thumb, I don't take orders from the mentally ill.

If a man in dress were to suddenly appear, demanding I do ludicrous things to damage my health just to satisfy his whims, I would deal with him as I would any delusional crackpot. Sure he could wave a badge around, but I would suspect that to be as fake as his bewbs and wig. There is nothing to be gained by following the self-serving orders of a sexually-confused mentally ill person who has an irrational hatred for normal people and normalcy in general.
