That's a sticky material

scrobin 202 points ago +204 / -2

Yeah, this needs to be stickied. This is direct action people can take, instead of posting shit on here, go and do this!

IMMORTAN_TRUMP 58 points ago +58 / -0

I mean I've been saying for literally months that it was totally pointless to start a third party when we LITERALLY can take over the GOP.

TGNX 22 points ago +22 / -0

It's one thing to whine and say "We can take it over!" It's another thing to actually help people find a path to take it over.

Anyone can criticize. Leaders show the way.

Belleoffreedom 2 points ago +2 / -0

This post is simply the next logical step from this:

It's a good step, too.

ScarfaceMcDank 48 points ago +48 / -0

Just emailed my chairman about the open position my district has on the finance committee.

Msmcontrolsnarrative 105 points ago +108 / -3

Gonna hijack this comment a little to say if any technical Pede can create an app for us it would help make it (the fight) a lot easier.

If millions of us had it and it allowed us to help organize and communicate on a local level, while still keeping us connected country-wide, we could do so many more things.

As an example.....part of the app could let us advertise our businesses locally, helping us to wean ourselves off the big corporate stores.

whippeat 53 points ago +53 / -0

Why not just have a .win dedicated to this?

JustInTime2_ 22 points ago +22 / -0

Yeah. I have asked the mod to create a Voting Community. Probably really busy.

HappyPedeInCA 20 points ago +21 / -1

Exactly. We need .wins for each state and each county.

I’m a Dev and have various ideas for apps/sites. I like this idea. What other sort of things would people like to see?

Biostrike14 26 points ago +26 / -0

A county map of the US (like those that show how counties voted) that can be tagged as vacant with a link to how you can fill it?

Salt_Cartoonist 13 points ago +13 / -0

Combined with an organizational chart for each state and links to that states specific party rules.

test_pattern 4 points ago +4 / -0

We are 3100 Counties. (Technically 3143)

There are many of us who are thinking exactly this, even at a rough planning stage.

Scott Kesterson did a series last year, “County by County” and Bards is developing either a platform or app(?).

Wallace Farms in Iowa launched “99 Counties” which is primarily focused on food security but depends on retaking leadership at the local level across the state.

Not recommending doxxing oneself but heck if we got a legit working group together, I’m in.

Check out my previous post. (It's a bit of a text wall... be warned... but it illustrates the point.)

Game Plan

I think we can win easily, and it could be yuuugely fun kicking the establishment's cracks in!!!

We just need a way to coordinate our efforts... The game theory is there... full disclosure...I'm an R-Tard when it comes to programming. Microsoft Excel is about my max capability...

redpillsrus 4 points ago +4 / -0

Commented over there. I like the idea and think you're right we need some sites/apps in addition to patriots.win. This site is great for discussion, news, memes. But as the dust settles, we need a solid, legal plan and action. Matt Braynard's projects are another to keep an eye on IMO.

The5thEstate 3 points ago +3 / -0

A "Near Me" option that shows which political seats/offices are close-by and whether they're vacant or filled.

Sub-option: ability to set how close is "close-by."

Unpopular_Opinion 30 points ago +30 / -0

Uh, that’s why Duncan Lemp was murdered!

Brulz_Lulz 24 points ago +25 / -1

How come I never heard about this?

The dude was shot because he "confronted" police while asleep in his bed?

VolareVia 14 points ago +14 / -0

That's as absurd as suicide by two shots the head.

PieceOfParchment7 12 points ago +12 / -0

Friends said they never heard Lemp espouse any anti-government rhetoric. Sandler said Lemp was not a part of any anti-government or militia-type group.

“He was pro-America and supported wholeheartedly all the protections of the constitution,” she said.

So he was anti-government.

Is there an existing app we can use? because one created by us for this purpose will get banned from the app stores

Msmcontrolsnarrative 1 point ago +1 / -0

So what?

You don't need the app store to download an app.

Tellsyouhow 2 points ago +2 / -0

On Android it's easy. Not so much on iOS and there are a lot of iPhone users out there

Klyuchak 1 point ago +1 / -0

You don't need an app store to install an apk on android

Tellsyouhow 3 points ago +3 / -0

I know, but iOS users are about half the user base and it's more difficult on apple

Klyuchak 3 points ago +3 / -0

Well you could always just do a web interface, a well designed modern website isn't really much different from a dedicated app, and easy enough to add a homescreen icon to sort of give it that app feel. Hell, for a lot of things I much preffer a web interface over the dedicated app, and try to avoid it if I can help it at all, like Reddit. Plus much less security concern with a web interface vs an apk/ios app.

But with Apple's general track record, them recently banning Parler, and the general political climate, not really any point in even trying to make an ios app, existing apps will just be forced to ban and comply or they'll just ban those apps themselves, no matter how big. I'd highly recommend any patriots with Apple products seriously reconsider alternatives.

Beat me to it. It's not just sticky material, it needs to stay sticked.

I'm sick of all the "waaaaaah, nobody is helping us and they're all rolling over" posts. The people doing this are rolling over themselves.

I get it. We don't want to be involved in government because we like to mind our own business. But here's something we can do. And I guarantee the left has every such seat filled.

Peterfield 5 points ago +5 / -0

That and an obsession with a kindergarten version of the American Revolution, when we currently have more in common with the Jamestown colonists in 1609 than the Founding Fathers in 1776. Too many people on the right think that if you don't suddenly seize power by force with no way to take care of the population when nearly everything we need either comes from China or requires materials or equipment that does, then you might as well just give up.

One thing that might help is doing some fine-tuning to the conservative narrative. When it comes to both illegal immigration and especially our economic and political relationship with China, the affluent and influential will be much more receptive to arguments based on human rights violations than they have been regarding adverse impacts on our own working class. It won't win their actual support for any particular policies, since that demographic shuns meaningful change in favor of empty words and pointless symbolic gestures, but would attach shame to outright opposing our platform.

cyberwar 146 points ago +147 / -1
Dave 55 points ago +56 / -1

Basically, Trump was going to save us. Now it's time to do it ourselves.

Since the scam inauguration I've gotten involved in a very conservative candidate's campaign for governor and got access to VOTER DATA.

The first assignment was to contact the Precinct Committeemen about a vote they were having.

If this doesn't work out, you can walk away with the data and insider contacts to form a new Trump Patriot Party.

Awaiting orders from our MAGA Commander in Chief, but not sitting around.

Ponzo -69 points ago +15 / -84

Trust the chan is the new trust the plan apparently. If it is that easy to take over the GOP, why haven't we done it in the last 4 years.

WeCax49 104 points ago +106 / -2

Because everyone was being complacent instead of actually joining the party.

Ponzo 0 points ago +2 / -2

The system is rigged both ways, not just for the DNC. There is a reason swamp creatures in the GOP are still there. You can trust nobody, Barr is the best example.

WeCax49 10 points ago +10 / -0

It's not a matter of trusting nobody, it's a matter of researching people extensively. I knew Bill Barr would do jackshit the second he got in there, because I saw him in the Bush years.

Waffleyumboy 7 points ago +7 / -0

Nah we just weren't taking action. We need to start taking action now, we have the numbers. We can get shit done.

Cyber1776 70 points ago +71 / -1

Because Republicans for the past 10+ years have had an absolutely retarded view of American politics and its function. There was this attitude to not get involved in media or in tech or in academia or even politics but just "hurr muh business" so you can buy a McMansion and go into debt being a giga-Kulak. I clearly remember right wing online chatter that strongly discouraged anyone from even going to college back in like 2008-2012 or getting involved in politics. I remember when the SJW shit first started breaking into the mainstream around 2014 the only reaction from the right was to laugh at them. Well now all those blue haired freaks have positions of instutional power in media, tech, business, government, and academia and they have NO hangups on using that power to utterly brutalize us.

I even had some lolbertarian dork tell me a few days ago on this website that if any of us gain any sort of institutional power, instead of using that power to help each other or create favorable conditions for us, we should just immediately cuck ourselves because "hurr state power is EVIL!" This exact mindset is the reason we havent done shit.

masticator_nord 19 points ago +19 / -0

I've seen so many people here refer to government jobs as welfare. Those same people can't figure out why democrats run everything.

Gerald_W 2 points ago +2 / -0

Cyber1776 2 points ago +2 / -0

Exactly. Our founders established this system specifically for us to use it and somewhere along the way right leaning or conservative people were convinced that so much as holding office was something bad. I still see people here say shit like anyone in government or in a place of power in the GOP should quit to "hurr show them for shitting on Trumpism!" like how the fuck does that even make sense?

Jimboslice73 1 point ago +1 / -0

"hurr muh business"** LMAO

resoluteAction 48 points ago +49 / -1

taiwaanumba1 112 points ago +114 / -2

This needs to be stikied before leftist larp and take over the gop

GlitchyMcGlitchface 60 points ago +61 / -1

That's how they already did it

jubyeonin 6 points ago +6 / -0

Yep. By the early 80s, they had their people all over the GOP to destroy the party from within. In the 2000s, they began pushing a mild version of the color revolution we are seeing today by saying the Republican Party is corporate pro-war establishment. They got some normies and used that as a tailwind to pretend to be the populist party.

tchouk 35 points ago +36 / -1

You meant to say this needs to be stickied so that we can take it back from leftitsts.

BuckMelanoma 94 points ago +96 / -2

This is absolutely what needs to happen. Patriots need to embrace the grind of our own long march through the institutions. Not the mythical, unreachable One Big Thing that happens once and suddenly gives us the country we want. The former is challenging, frustrating, and demanding but grounded in reality. The latter is at best a LARP that will leave you despairing, and at worst a ruinous catastrophe.

Cyber1776 36 points ago +37 / -1

Exactly. A big problem for our side is that its all reactionary and way too late in that Leftist are patient and plan things and then when they do something radical, like say make it illegal for you to pull your kids out of state school sponsored tranny story time, all the right can do is lash out and react in an unproductive manner. This only helps the left further because they can point to us and say "lol look at these crazy conservatives freaking out!"

Remember, politics is all about obtaining institutional power and then using that power to help friends. Thats it. Anyone telling you different (especially these lolbertarian telling you to just cuck yourself the moment you get power) are idiots and the reason we are in the mess we're in now. The whole point of our Republic is for us to govern ourselves through this model anyway.

Gerald_W 16 points ago +17 / -1

I feel like most people who are moderately right-leaning (myself included) generally don't care much to take political power. We as individuals would rather shitpost about leftists on the internet than campaign to pass a law that hurts them. Unfortunately, the leftists all enjoy seeking political power; even back in high school they would always do stuff like youth in government. Even if you'd rather ignore the government like a lolbertarian, the government won't ignore you so we have to do this.

Falling_ferret 7 points ago +7 / -0

No kidding right. I don't want to have power over anyone's lives because I don't want anyone having power over mine.

Unfortunately, to fight tyranny, you have to rise up to it's level and make a stand equally. I'm moving in a few months, but when I land I'm going to see what I can do where I am.

HappyPedeInCA 4 points ago +4 / -0

Yep. This is a life long effort.

jenroyandmoss 83 points ago +84 / -1

Links for Dan Schulz' precinct project @ wordpress as well as his email, and for the Neighborhood Strategy. These are doable activities that can truly make a difference. Obama and Ron Paul both used these strategies in their campaigns. Remember how Ron Paul turned the political world upside down for awhile?

[email protected]

The Neighborhood Precinct Committeeman Strategy can be found at http://precinctproject.us

BuckMelanoma 40 points ago +41 / -1

Yes! Ron Paul made waves using this strategy with a fraction of the support MAGA can bring.

In Nebraska back in ‘12, for example, a small number of Paul supporters did exactly this. It forced the state GOP chair to make some desperate moves to keep them from embarrassing Mitt Romney at his RNC coronation that year.

jenroyandmoss 73 points ago +76 / -3

And we have close to 2 years. If we can just get people started early on, like now, I truly believe it will multiply in participation, enthusiasm, and efficiency.

The point is the really good stuff happens AFTER a person gets appointed or voted in -- they get to know the ins and outs, the vulnerabilities, the VIPS, the best way to get things done or blockade them.

I think it is really important to keep Trump affection at a minimum display and work quietly to fill the ranks with people of MAGA thinking. The time for Trump overwhelming support will be later. Get in, get embedded, make friends, consider it a covert mission to begin with ... I find this all very exciting.

Much better than this doomed Patriot Party nonsense. Just take over the GOP at the state level, change state election laws to prevent fraud and then boot the national elected Rs out.

Observer95 9 points ago +9 / -0

change state election laws to prevent fraud

Republicans are majority legislatures in MI, WI, PA; AZ, GA and yet did nothing and infact helped in the coverup. Republicans are the majority in Maricopa county and yet are refusing to have an audit. It is amusing how some are acting like the base in those states did nothing. They gave republicans control and got screwed. Forgive them for thinking the GOP is rotten and corrupt to the core and maybe a new party is needed.

The circumstances we are in are ripe for a new party. There will never be a better time than this. Courage is all that is needed.

HiddenDekuScrub 6 points ago +6 / -0

And yet people are already telling us seats in those states are vacant. Instead of just shouting "do something" on a forum, get into a position where you decide what to do about those elections.

Observer95 1 point ago +1 / -0

A PC is not a legislature. PCs do not change state election laws.

HiddenDekuScrub 4 points ago +4 / -0

Nobody is claiming they do. PCs determine policy however, and get some influence in the party itself.

It's certainly not the only answer either. This is really just adding to a growing pile of actions that can be taken.

kogar 15 points ago +16 / -1
deleted 14 points ago +14 / -0
kjj9 13 points ago +13 / -0

My experience is similar, but Minnesota is slightly different.

In 2016, I showed up at the caucus and nominated myself as a delegate from my precinct to the county organization. There were only a few people from my precinct there, and they were happy to let me have it. (There are multiple slots per precinct - we all could have had it if we had wanted to.)

Next thing I know, I'm giving a brief speech at the county convention. At the time, I was the only person openly supporting Trump (they are all rabidly pro-Trump now). After that I know, I'm a delegate from the county to the state convention. I'm reasonably sure that I could have managed to win a seat in the national convention if I'd tried.

I go to one or two meetings every month (my local county organization, and my congressional district), and a few conventions per year, where I have voting rights. I get to vote on changes to party rules and bylaws, statewide party director and other officer roles, who we endorse for every seat from state representative up to President.

I'm also on a first name basis with my state rep and my state senator. Normally I wouldn't give a fuck about that, but they are both pretty based guys. I also got to talk to my congressional candidates before they were famous and give them a very pro-MAGA assessment of what the voters expected from them.

The moral of the story is: show up. It isn't hard.

probablyacoincidence 12 points ago +12 / -0

Please perma sticky this. Everyone needs to see this.

Libertynfreedom4ever 12 points ago +12 / -0

This is true and this is a good idea. We did this in 2008 when we were trying to get Ron Paul elected. I became a precinct officer (there is usually more than one position per precinct too). You do get voting rights. They still screwed us over with Ron Paul, but we did not have the majority. They will look at you like “who are you to crash my party I OWN this” so be ready. You need to dress nice, never be late, know Roberts rules of order. It’s stuffy. But he’s right, you can affect change this way. It only requires a few weekends

jenroyandmoss 9 points ago +9 / -0

Yes, and I don't think going in with Trump regala or pepe or anything is a good idea at this time. It will take a long while to prove that you are one with their agenda, while advancing your own. This is how Newt took over the House with republicans for the first time in 40 years. They met in far out of the way cloak rooms because they didn't want to draw undue attention until, that is, election night. This should be considered a covert mission. The people already active for the most part are stuffed shirts and as touchy as most libs when it comes to their turf.

This is exactly the way that Dems have taken over so many "working level" positions in the country, and there is absolutely no reason that we should not do exactly the same thing. Get involved in politics at the local level. Get out the vote. Ensure that elections are LEGAL and FAIR. Nothing wrong with any of that. We tend to grumble a lot because things are not being done the right way in this country, but how many of us are willing to get off our butts, take one of these unfilled slots, and get busy seeing that our candidates are elected? And then held to the line? Good idea, and its time may have come.

HighVoltage 7 points ago +7 / -0

The Ron Paul movement tried all of this in 2008 and again in 2009 and 2010.

The Republican Party welcomed us like a venereal disease.

In Nevada, where the Ron Paul delegates were completely successful, the Reprobate Party degenerates shut down the state convention by telling the legacy members to leave the event. After those members walked out, the degenerates running the meeting said they no longer had a quorum, so they were shutting down the convention. They then rescheduled it for several weeks later on the other end of the state, where they proceeded to ram Juan McAmnesty up America's ass.

The GOP is a degenerate sack of shit, and with any luck, it will burn in hell for all of eternity.

The GOP has offered us nothing except traitors and miscreant grifters. These are the motherfuckers who fought Reagan and fought Trump, but gleefully handed us Bush, Cheney, McCain, Romney the Commie, and a slew of other assholes who should be stripped of their citizenship.

For me, I am done with the GOP, and its difficult to imagine any scenario where I would ever support them again (and I used to be quite involved and financially supportive). That being said, I definitely support taking back and reforming the GOP. And I would defintly support a good GOP candidate, in spite of party affiliation. In fact, having a healthy GOP and new conservative party could be mutually beneficial. The two parties could actually keep each other sharp, as candidates compete for conservative vote. And once elected, the two parties can team up for America First.

I could see infiltrating the GOP for future destruction, and moving people to a new party. BUT the GOP is a waste of time in the long run. People have been trying to change the Republicans to be more conservative for as long as I can remember, and not even the Tea Party could do it. The GOP needs thrown into the ocean in the long run.

Notice how almost all the posts in this thread are constructed.

  1. enthusiastic affirmation "Sticky/needs to happen/great idea!"
  2. Call to action/grassroots shilling
  3. Any opposing view is a doomer.

-what you have here is an entire thread filled with chinese wumao steering you to an action that would take a generation to accomplish.

to an action that would take a generation to accomplish

yeah... Organizing legitimate political activity is stupid and not what this site was made for.

This is what this site was made for: To log in and look at memes of veggie pizza being offered to a dog and read high grade stickies like

I guess our new plan is to quietly seethe in our little containment zone, forever.

A generation? 2/3 of these seats were unoccupied in the poster's region, and possibly in yours as well. This could happen overnight.

Clownworldhonk1 4 points ago +4 / -0

What is your alternate method?

Paradisio 6 points ago +6 / -0

I will do this. Sounds like a good use of some spare time to help bring us back to the America I grew up in. I have good public speaking and argumentation skills. We only need a few percent of us to do this.

AuthorPatriot 1 point ago +1 / -0

Just 3% per some estimates.

THIS. 100% THIS.

GlitchyMcGlitchface 4 points ago +4 / -0

Hey mods, make a sub specific for this so people can post information they find on vacancies and and how to apply. Coordination will be key so give a place to work together on it.

Everyone needs to know that the GOP will not give up power willingly. I’ve seen this first hand. I was there at my county meeting that elected representatives to the county and state convention when a large contingent of Ron Paul supporters attempted this. They were very overt in what they were doing. I was a Ron Paul supporter and kept it under wraps. I worked for a few years on this. The Paul supporters were seen as a threat to the party and the county GOP CHANGED AND IGNORED THEIR OWN RULES so to not allow the Ron Paul’s supports to go to on to the state convention or have any say in the process.

They ignored ALL CHALLENGES to the electors list to the state and county conventions. The GOP even ignored a signed request by an elector to willing give up his seat to allow another individual to go in his place. The list or electors was literally made in the back room and it had to be voted on in entirety. If rejected, the entire list would have to be gone through name by name. This was against the rules that they had literally just voted on.

A young patriot pointed this out and was unceremoniously shouted down by the entire crowd. He was right. The GOP is rotten from the local level. These people are NOT YOUR Friends. They can not be trusted and will lie to your face to keep you from any shred of power. It sickened me and I left the GOP that day

We need to do the same. We don't need to follow the rules, because the top is illegitimate. Just kick the RINOs out and ignore any rule that wont allow you to do it.

This is about taking back freedom. We cannot let commies have control of the country.

There are no rules as long as commies are in power.

Right_of_Sinner 1 point ago +1 / -0

Wrong, we need to be in a position to MAKE the rules. Follow the rules but say “NO” loudly when they ignore or break them. Do not compromise.

These people try to use procedures to cloud the issues and hide their actions. They also use things like holding back letting everyone go eat to push through their agenda and do the controversial rush voting when everyone wants to just leave and go home.

This isn’t about just getting butts is seats, it’s about the bullshit mechanisms and procedures that keep these clowns in power. Rip it from them and make them suck on it

The motivations behind this post I fully support, but I don't think taking over the GoP is the best path for the long term survival of populism or Trumpism or whatever you want to call it.

The GoP can and WILL alter rules for their political party if we ever did get a lot of traction. You can think about this like the DNC lawsuits in 2016 over how they treated Bernie Sanders. Their defense was essentially "It's our primary and we can rig it if we want too," and the courts were like "Welp OK, Case dismissed!"

The best way to focus our political will is to just leave the idiot swamp creatures with their "party" and form our own. We might not win the presidency anytime soon, but WE weren't going to win the presidency any time soon either way, the swamp creatures in the GoP would make certain of that.

That's the 20 year plus plan. It's not going to take 20 year to work. It will take 20 years to find out it didn't. I have a better plan. We destroy the GOP right now and start our own Party. The person who would have started at the bottom under this ridiculously moronic plan from 4chan, will be in the House and Senate in 4 years.

warlord1 4 points ago +4 / -0

Also realize that being a PCO (or PCP) is a zero hour/week job. It’s all volunteer and based on your drive to change things in your precinct. Not much is demanded from you, but you can play a very distinct role in your county just by attending and voting in your monthly GOP meeting.

prattle 4 points ago +4 / -0

This is a great post and rebuttal to the idea of dropping out of the GOP. I know dropping out has been mentioned frequently and forming our own party, but there is already one built just sitting there.

The biggest problem with the GOP has been the disconnect between the actual politicians and their base to the point where most of us greatly question their sincerity. The leaders seem uncomfortable or uninterested in actually fighting for their base and the base is left with no true representation. It seems like the easiest path then is to replace or augment the existing politicians who aren't representing their base with patriots who will fight for them the way that Trump did.

I saved this post for future reference. I'll look into Riverside County GOP on what is available here in the county.

San bernardino here, hi neighborino! Ill be doing the same.

They will just print illegal ballets and count what ever they want. What we need to do is take over the vote counting operation. We would not even have to break the law like they did we just want to count all the votes

texas4ever 1 point ago +1 / -0

It's not quite as easy as it seems. They pulled it off this time, but very few people thought they would be just brazen, they really caught people by surprise. Hardly anyone even knew about the electronic voting machines, that could count fractional votes etc. Plus it was a perfect storm with the pandemic and the changed voting rules for mail in ballots. Lastly most likely the economy will be weak in 2024 on top of these other things.
