This is absolutely what needs to happen. Patriots need to embrace the grind of our own long march through the institutions. Not the mythical, unreachable One Big Thing that happens once and suddenly gives us the country we want. The former is challenging, frustrating, and demanding but grounded in reality. The latter is at best a LARP that will leave you despairing, and at worst a ruinous catastrophe.

Exactly. A big problem for our side is that its all reactionary and way too late in that Leftist are patient and plan things and then when they do something radical, like say make it illegal for you to pull your kids out of state school sponsored tranny story time, all the right can do is lash out and react in an unproductive manner. This only helps the left further because they can point to us and say "lol look at these crazy conservatives freaking out!"

Remember, politics is all about obtaining institutional power and then using that power to help friends. Thats it. Anyone telling you different (especially these lolbertarian telling you to just cuck yourself the moment you get power) are idiots and the reason we are in the mess we're in now. The whole point of our Republic is for us to govern ourselves through this model anyway.

I feel like most people who are moderately right-leaning (myself included) generally don't care much to take political power. We as individuals would rather shitpost about leftists on the internet than campaign to pass a law that hurts them. Unfortunately, the leftists all enjoy seeking political power; even back in high school they would always do stuff like youth in government. Even if you'd rather ignore the government like a lolbertarian, the government won't ignore you so we have to do this.

No kidding right. I don't want to have power over anyone's lives because I don't want anyone having power over mine.

Unfortunately, to fight tyranny, you have to rise up to it's level and make a stand equally. I'm moving in a few months, but when I land I'm going to see what I can do where I am.

Yep. This is a life long effort.
