The Deep State keeps control of the two parties by making certain that the executive positions are always in "party" control. You can have 99% of all GOP members from local all the way up to national be Trump supporters controlling committees, precincts, etc. But IF YOU DON'T: Control the executive position that signs disbursements. Control the executive position that signs contracts. Control the executive position that approves materials for publication. Control the executive position that maintains intellectual property. Control the executive position that maintains and controls infrastructure. Control the executive position that recognizes "certified" winners of internal elections. Control the executive position that has the authority to enter into facility and plant agreements. etc... All you have is a party that you have the majority in BUT don't control. Again, this is what happened to Ron Paul in those few precincts and counties that he won. The executives simply moved sideways physically and virtually relocating GOP operations leaving Ron Paul supporters left behind controlling nothing. permalink save report block reply
