Well, they get cushy office jobs and spend all day mostly on FB, Twitter, et al, complaining about things like the Gender Wage Gap (myth)... I mean someone needs to tell them that Facebooking or Tweeting isn't a real job.

...they really need something useful to occupy their time ...time that normally would be spent either making children (so their husband doesn't have an affair or get a divorce and leave them), or raising their own children (so the Public School/day-care center isn't indoctrinating them with Marxism and White-Hate).
