That's right you too can fight the RONA! One VAX card at a time! Just print it out ahead of time to help save valuable time for our "first responders" and "essential workers". Be sure to use a decent card stock. Maybe the very first page of a text book that's blank? Repurpose a white folder? Besure to take an extra pen with you that's a different color for your 2nd trip. To distinguish that someone else is filling out the second dose.

Optics gets us no results. The card is right. The chip lies/failed. Might be a defective chip idk why your computer don’t read it but my card is the only official CDC proof!
