When everyone says Texas is so based I just don’t buy it. My husbands large family is from Fort Worth and that town has Biden Harris flags all over. It’s the home of the stockyards but hipster culture has very strongly taken over. Texas is home to people like Cuban and Rick Perry personally courted major industry from California and New York 10 years ago and now those industries are firmly imbedded in the Texas economic fabric. Lastly, the evangelical churches have swallowed woke ideology hook line and sinker with BLM and LGBT inclusivity initiatives. I worry about Texas.

Well said, and you're right. I know many native Texans and a growing number of them are brainwashed "liberals." They aren't actually, but they are victims to the overwhelming propaganda. The church thing is really bad. You'll hear many talk about Texas going blue because of immigration but that's not what will do it. The Texans themselves will do it. Retards will point you to the map of Texas and say how red it is, without noting that buttfuck nowhere Texas doesn't matter when the major cities - 5 of them in the top 13 most populous cities in the country - are where the vast majority of people reside. And they are all liberal already, some extremely so. Still a great place with great people but the idea that it's some conservative holdout is just false.

Something nobody wants to talk about is how easily infiltrated "conservative/southern/whatever culture" is. Hell, the Bush's wore cheap cowboy hats, put on a fake accent, rented a ranch or two and had half of the country fooled for decades.
