It turns out that her husband was in jail for "forcible rape" of an 11-year-old girl. He literally can't pass out Halloween candy. However, she is on a school board, so that's interesting....

Married to a violent child rapist and working in schools around children. Anyone charged with caring for children would probably find such a crime a deal breaker and grounds for divorce right?
