After January 6th (maybe the 7th or 8th) the CEO of my company called me to talk about work..

First few sentences to me where " [name], I know you must be disappointed.. I just wanted to say.. I think what happened at the Capital was antifa infiltrators.. its upsetting and I hope you are able to get through this alright. It's going to be okay, I think.. "

I had NEVER spoken politics with the boss of my bosses boss. He totally brought it up on his own KNOWING I was a MAGA supporting Canadian conservative. Feels Good Man to have the CEO on your side, knowing you won't be cancelled by liberal bullshit.

Damn, I guess you know your CEO. If that was me, I'd have been shitting bricks that he was trying to gaslight me into admitting something so he could fire me. But, I just spent too many years in a large corporation with a bunch of lying sharks, so, maybe it's just me, lol.

I work for a super nice, very based guy. I’m the only sales engineer so I don’t really get time off, just less time working and having it be forgivable to be off in the woods camping while working.

But I won’t trade it for an OEM ever.
