Pay close attention. The reason state and local governments like this jackhat here are handing election reform over to private companies is that private companies can work around equal protection and election laws.
"Its a private company they can do what they want" isn't just a mantra. Its a devious workaround federal and state laws.

The thing about that is they will make sure that only the people that think like them will be able to do this. Its among the simplest of all computational tasks and impossible to get wrong unless you are trying to get it wrong. Pretending that these companies cant count when a child with an abacus could manage is sheer lunacy.
