Fire SJWs and don't hire them. Start implementing mandatory D&I Programs where you discuss how D&I is a bad thing and that work functions better when you have a unified work culture which might be all white males.
D&I specialists are political commissars whose sole purpose is to make sure your business tolls the regime's political agenda.

I managed a mom n pop pizza place in the '00s. I never fired the soft people (we didn't have the sjw label back then), I just gave them the onerous jobs and rode their asses until they quit. If you want to be a dick about it, put them in charge of hiring their replacement. Make them do all the work, then you do the final interviews.
