Sounds like deciding to negotiate with a large pool of customers isn't as good as selling ads to individual businesses that aren't global in scale and patriots.
Doing it the hard way is always better.
Don't take ads from an agency.
Sell ads to businesses that support you and you are willing to support.
There is middle ground.
You could still localize the ads on the .win based on the geography so Montana viewers see Montana small business ads.
Doing this is logical. Not only that it helps build a patriot economy.
