Talking about at the place I work.
The President of the company supports Trump and is generally right-leaning but is a germaphobe (scared of covid) and the office sjws have turned into mask nazis.
As a fellow employee stay out of it.
Now if your cousin Bob happens to have a massive complaint and you can tip Bob off to make his complaint reasonable, then you may be on to something if the employer would listen to cousin Bob or his stupid twitter or real life protests.
If the employee is bad enough, you could probably group fund from other coworkers to hire a few guys to do it. Just don't pay with check like Jussie unless you have some sort of actual racial or sexual privilege as opposed to the mythical excuse of white privilege.
Goad the SJWs into saying something to you that could be construed as harassment and/or creating a hostile work environment.
