What do you make of their recent change by the VA GOP to a convention as opposed to a primary? Do we still have a chance to drag this rotting carcass of a party into the MAGA era?
All the more reason to get MAGA firmly into place prior - if MAGA is not filling the voting seat, a RINO will be. Now is the time to engage and organize within.
So long as the amount is great then it really is time that will win over since they do not have long. Fresh blood has to happen every 5-10 years to remain relevant or face what we got now.
My local GOP chair wasn't the problem in my area. We had a few bad candidates in our most winnable seats, and she had an exec board that didn't do anything. She actually helped more MAGA folk take over the last few weeks, and she's running for a higher up position. This is how we fix the party.

Speaking of the Governor’s race who is the MAGA candidate? Suspect it is Chase. I’m definitely anti GOPe.
Apparently Chase is opting to run as independent as a result of the change by the GOP to a convention instead of a primary.
