My church runs EndAbortionNow.com and push es for the criminalization of abortion and I can tell you that this legislation is going to be pretty damn useless.

Here's why.... This type of legislation is counting on the person doing the ultrasound to not only detect the heartbeat but actually be honest about it. Unless you have a independent third-party agency doing the ultrasounds that are not profiting off the abortion then the technician is simply going to adjust the machine and the angle where they don't find a heartbeat.

You can't trust organizations that murder babies for profit to be honest.

We need to outlaw all abortion from the moment of conception.
