This is exactly what I thought would be fair. Declare life the exact same way we declare death. Heartbeat and electrical brain activity. Once you have both, that's a life, and you can't kill it out of preference. That's somebody else. You can't harvest organs out of a persistent vegetative state person while they have electrical brain activity, why would you harvest "cells" for Planned Parenthood after that same milestone has been reached?
