As a Christian, I believe that all the terrible things that are happening are part of the biblical prophecies. I'm hearing a lot of other Christians talking about how "Trump is going to save us all from the evil commies!". My question is this: why are you putting your faith in a single person when the Bible tells us that these terrible things are going to happen anyway? Trump can't stop what God has set in motion. Instead of going mad trying to follow along with all the politics, why not prepare for the future that God has told us we will be facing? Its going to get worse before it gets better, but it will get better eventually. It's God's will.

Im not going to respond with verses because I'm sure im not nearly as qualified as others but I will say this.
By using the logic of "its going to happen anyway" you are left with just lying down and taking it. Yes there are some things we have no control over but our national politics isn't one of those. Trump isn't the "one". He is just the current figure that represents our beliefs the most. If we don't fight for that then we won't fight for anything. Especially whats to come.
