Federal election law should require disclosure reporting to the third decimal point (should never happen and is a red flag) by all media companies, reporting of adds and subtracts (red flag) from the last update, real-time downloads of every precinct reporting, billboard type screens in the polling places above each vote scanner, paper receipts and electronic notification back to a voters email/messaging system. And any other transparency measure necessary to allow the entire country of citizens to audit the results. And yes, national voter ID. Forget about trusting party officials and lawyers to monitor.
Federal election law "requires" lots of things the DNC/MSM alliance are happy to ignore, and are apparently immune from prosecution for ignoring.
"Election monitors"/"Poll watchers" are only useful if they are allowed to monitor/watch and challenge improprieties. Poll watchers who are thrown out when it's time to "start the steal" can only report their ejection, not the fraud that is committed once they are out of the way.
