Before they went into backrooms at 3am and fabricated ballots. In any other world, 64% in and leading by 16 pts would be called. Georgia with 83% in and 7 pts ahead would also be called. Notice how they held off on NC and then called it immediately with very little change to vote totals after they didn't need it.
