No shit. I’ve told people that if the shot is going to be mandatory to participate in civil society I’m waiting for the JNJ vax, not the mRNA thing. Vaccines have 70 years of science behind them, but the mRNA thing is a fucking experiment.
A vaccine is old medicine. It gives you a small amount of something so your body learns to fight it and you become IMMUNE.
This shit is a MRNA virus that changes your DNA so that when you get Covid your chance of getting the worst case symptoms are lower. They have no idea what else this might do, since they rushed it out in 9 months and governments gave them blanket immunity to being sued, too.
That's it. It doesn't make you immune. You need to get a new shot every so often etc. This is in no way a vaccine. They just call it that so people aren't freaked out (as they should be!) and stick out their arm for it.

This vid has some stuff on the vaccine starting about halfway through. I thought it gave a good overview of what mRNA gene therapies are and how they are different from traditional vaccines. I'm a biologist who worked in pioneering mRNA "vaccine" research back in 2010 for cancer treatments. We had cures for 3 types of cancer and when Merck bought a controlling interest in the company they trashed it all--or so we thought.
As I understand it, a vaccine is where you inject some of the live or inactive virus and your body build antibodies for that. The covid "vaccine" puts mRNA (a type of DNA) that enters all your cells and gives them instructions to grow fake virus out of the cell wall and trick the body into a stress response to create antibodies. It really could be just semantics and maybe we can call this a vaccine technically but my point is really that this is nothing like we've every used before and things like effectiveness, side effects, etc. are still not known. I personally don't want to be injected with DNA at this point. They say it's harmless because the mRNA "should" leave once the body is done with it but that raises a lot of questions for me.
