I think Biden thinks he actually did win the election. He is so brain dead. Now he thinks he is playing President. He will have his fifteen minutes of fame for a short while before it is proven President Trump won and takes his office back. Then we can send Biden to GITMO and tell him it's a retirement villa for ex-Presidents.
