This is kind of unfortunate. The Utah permit is recognized in over half of the states. Having this one and a couple of others allows you to carry almost anywhere but the bluest states.

Happy to see constitutional carry though.

Does this mean the permits are just thrown in the trash now? They were great for out of staters. Anyone could get one.

In this case its almost a step backward

I wonder if they'll still issue CCW permits to out of staters. I think Idaho did that when they went constitutional carry. I've got a Utah permit also as an out of stater. Sure would hate to not be able to keep it. Allows for carry in a lot of states.

I’m in PA also, and took a class to obtain Utah in order to have Delaware reciprocity since DE recognized Utah but DE also doesn’t allow out of state citizens to apply for DE LTC. That sounds retarded even typing that out. National reciprocity ASAP
