Unless he resigns, that will have to wait until 2024. Utah's state constitution doesn't have a method for recalling senators.

ROMNEY COULD BE CHARGED AND PROSECUTED FOR CRIMES THAT HE HAS COMMITTED. THAT WOULD GET RID OF HIM. SEEMS LIKE A SOUND PLAN.

No states do. The only way to get rid of a Senator is if the Senate expels them.

Thats what Amendments are for. Not familiar with Utah's legislation much, but I'm sure they could pass an Amendment and get rid of Romney as soon as they wanted to. Where there is a will, there is a way.
