If the purpose is to punish the GOP, I agree, texas is last on the list. If the purpose is to discourage the GOP from behaving like "DNC Light" in the future, then we must scorch the earth. i loved Regan but it was he who opened up free trade door with China which allowed for the wholesale theft of American jobs to China. his intentions were good because he didn't want the soviets to open up China trade first but we paid a heavy price.
