On the one hand, I agree with you, but on the other, it's only one state and if a bunch of other reps from the a bunch of other states want to drink the KoolAid... ain't much Texas can do about it.
If the purpose is to punish the GOP, I agree, texas is last on the list. If the purpose is to discourage the GOP from behaving like "DNC Light" in the future, then we must scorch the earth. The whole party must suffer. Otherwise they will play games the way they did with mittens romney. He had an unassailable advantage in utah with the mormon vote so he played judas iscariot for 5 years. To keep the GOP from using "safe" district politicians to betray the american people we must punish the entire party for the acts of one member so that they learn to self police.

Also Texas has only arrested a handful for election fraud so far, They need to have well over 1000 arrests for what happened in their state. Even the most secure states probably have 2000+ election fraud conspirators that need to be arrested and imprisoned for life.
