Far as I know there are three cases before them now, three states with enough electoral votes to swing it for Trump or at least provide the impedance to look at the others as well. Will the court declare that the inauguration was fraudulent and correct matters?

No, unfortunately. And they are having a "conference" whatever that means. The election was certified and accepted by the DNC/GOP uniparty. There is nothing left to "overturn".
It's to try and save their own asses. "Yes, Trump actually won but we can't overturn it now. Please don't get mad at us, it was all the democrats! We didn't do anything!"
They're cowards and like all cowards they're doing anything they can to try and save themselves.
The question is can they remove someone that was certified by both houses? Would they have to throw it out in both houses ...then he was sworn in do they have to impeach?
..... Wouldn't it be a shit storm watching the Dems have to remove their own guy but its just fan fiction or sci fi????
Fraud Vitiates Everything.
Sure the supreme court wont even hear a case
....it would be too dissruptive to the country....blah blah standing blah....
But if the military???🤔nevermind my Q is showing
I saw a report today that Kavanaugh warned the Dems to call off the Fake Impeachment or SCOTUS would stop it for them. I don't know if it's legit, but if it is, it gives me a sliver of hope for the 19th.
No.
No. Look at the Texas case. They said Texas had no standing. They will not see the cases due to threats from the left or them being cowards
No because the cucked state legislatures certified and congress too. In the eyes of the court this would be even more acceptable than "faithless electors". State legislators are the deciding factor on electors. The only possible redress of grievances would be court ordered monitoring/ reforms of future polling, and possibly recommending states prosecute state laws that were broken.
Not true. Governors in the questionable States certified illegally.
Nothing will happen. They will simply apply their seal of approval.
It's not "overturning" if fraud was committed and as a result of the fraud, a false winner was declared. If fraud is proven they are Constitutionally obligated to do so...are they not? At a minimum they will at least have to hold new elections in the states that fraud was proven in. There is a reason Justice Alito told Pennsylvania they needed to segregate the ballots.
They can move to impeach Biden post haste, and then Harris soon following. I would say do to him what they did to Trump and wait until he leaves office, but when he "leaves office" I think he'll be beyond impeachment lol
ie: Not going to happen.
Err, impeach Biden, impeach Harris... guess who is then President? (i.e., we are fucked completely)
Sorry, I should have said "can", as in hypothetically lol
