Far as I know there are three cases before them now, three states with enough electoral votes to swing it for Trump or at least provide the impedance to look at the others as well. Will the court declare that the inauguration was fraudulent and correct matters?

The question is can they remove someone that was certified by both houses? Would they have to throw it out in both houses ...then he was sworn in do they have to impeach?

I saw a report today that Kavanaugh warned the Dems to call off the Fake Impeachment or SCOTUS would stop it for them. I don't know if it's legit, but if it is, it gives me a sliver of hope for the 19th.
