If that bill goes into effect forcing mail in ballots nation wide. That is basically what it will end up being. Which side can print more ballots wins. Dont be surprised if in 2022 the total vote count ends up being larger then the population of the US...get ready for " 500 million votes tallied to 360 million population.... seems legit"
