I'm not a litigator and I generally dont like to question other lawyers' tactics, but this is ridiculous. Most of Trump's lawyers have not been impressive and some were downright saboteurs. Look at Michael Cohen ffs!

I can easily see a successful counter suit for defamation and malicious prosecution, if not also for violation of his duties as legal counsel.
